Michael Swaine came to the Carnegie Endowment after twelve years at the RAND Corporation. He specializes in Chinese security and foreign policy, U.S.–China relations, and East Asian international relations. His latest book is ‘America’s Challenge: Engaging a Rising China in the 21st Century’.
Li Bin is a senior associate working jointly in the Nuclear Policy Program and Asia Program at the Carnegie Endowment. A physicist and expert on nuclear disarmament, his research focuses on China’s nuclear and arms control policy and U.S.-China nuclear relations
