We invite you to join us for a fascinating dive into the quest to introduce America to jianbing with Brian Goldberg, Founder & CEO of Mr Bing.
We will discuss Brian’s journey from an ardent consumer of jianbing as a student in Beijing, to Wall Street Trader, to New York food entrepreneuer — along with what the next chapter of Chinese food in New York (and the US) might look like.
The talk will begin promptly at 5:30 pm, followed by dinner and discussion. Mr Bing was recently featured on CNBC: “Bing Mac Attack? US Lovin’ Chinese Take on McDonald’s All-Day Breakfast”.
