Nova Daly is a Public Policy Consultant with the law firm Wiley Rein LLP in Washington DC. Mr. Daly ran the U.S. Committee on Foreign Investment (CFIUS) from 2006 to 2009 while serving as Deputy Assistant Secretary at the U.S. Treasury Department. Prior to Treasury, Mr. Daly served as the Director for International Trade at the White House National Security Council where his responsibilities included multiple trade, investment and national security policy matters. Mr. Daly also served as the Senior Advisor for Trade Policy to the Secretary of Commerce, and worked for the U.S. Senate Finance Committee. He has a masters degree in international law and organizations from American University and received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine.
