TheĀ 2015/2016 CTC-YCW Mentorship ProgramĀ revolved around regular meetings between mentors and mentees. The pairs met about six times over the program, and conversations broadly centered on career aspirations, job hunting techniques, facilitating introductions, and discussion of China-related policy themes.
