The YCW Mentorship Program was started ten years ago and is currently offered through our London and Berlin chapters. Please get in touch with the relevant chapter for information and application details.

Our objective is to give our thriving community the opportunity to share their insights from navigating the China-related job market with the next generation of young China watchers. Through the program, interns and their mentors have had many opportunities to develop new friendships and to attend events such as a private dinners with diplomats and industry leaders.
